- Access to the Spring Lake estate from 9AM to10:30PM on Weekends (exit by 11:30PM). Mon-Thur: 9AM to 9:000PM (exit by 10PM)
- Indoor or outdoor Ceremony and Reception Options (with Gorgeous lake views!) Ceremony & Reception included at the same cost.
- Elegant Bridal party dressing suite, Groomsmen preparation suite (both with bars)
- Cocktail space for guests following the Ceremony (With high-top or low-top tables)
- Bar Packages Required with Minimum Spend
- One-hour Wedding ceremony rehearsal included (date dependent upon space availability)
